Quick Contact is designed to protect your privacy first. The app automatically recognizes text from business cards directly on your device. Only if local recognition does not reach sufficient reliability (at least 85%), a cloud AI service is activated to complete text extraction. Quick Contact also offers optional AI features (professional biographies and voice dictation) that you can freely choose whether to use. Your images and data are never stored by servers after processing.

No. Data sent for AI processing is not used to train models and is not stored by providers beyond the time needed for processing. For biographies, your explicit consent is required before each request.

Yes. AI is only activated for specific features: text recognition from images and biographies. You can still view, edit, organize, and save your contacts. Biography generation requires your consent each time and you can always choose not to use it.
